The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of Property, the Property Sales Agent will play a critical role in managing qualified leads, nurturing client relationships and closing property transactions aligned with each client’s lifestyle and investment objectives. This role is ideal for an experienced real estate sales professional or property investment specialist who thrives in a consultative, results‑driven sales environment and enjoys working with warm leads, strategic partners and repeat clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture inbound leads, referrals and existing clients through phone, in‑person and virtual consultations Drive sales outcomes through strong relationship building, needs analysis and consultative selling Conduct professional and engaging property viewings, presenting features, benefits and investment fundamentals Provide detailed insights on property assets, suburbs, market conditions and investment performance Manage a diverse buyer pipeline from initial enquiry through to settlement Deliver tailored property investment strategies aligned with client financial and lifestyle goals Consistently achieve monthly KPIs, revenue targets and conversion benchmarksMaintain accurate records within Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management, notes and reporting Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience About You Minimum 3+ years’ experience in off‑the‑plan, land community or residential property sales Proven ability to close deals and deliver consistent sales results Experience working with or managing external agents, builders and wholesale partners Strong understanding of property investment principles and client wealth strategies Experience collaborating with accountants, financial planners or mortgage brokers Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills Strategic thinker with a commercial, analytical and KPI‑driven mindset Confident using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce Why Join One Haven?
