About the Facility Medium sized residential aged care home in Rockhampton. 13 beds dedicated to dementia care; 52 beds a mix of low and high care. Single-storey design with private ensuites and outdoor garden access. Excellent staffing ratios: 2 RNs on AM and PM shifts; 1 RN overnight. Supportive clinical leadership team, including full-time senior clinical staff. Focused on staff development, collaboration, and quality care.
