About the Role We are seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Shepparton. As a Support Worker you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalised care and support tailored to their unique needs and goals. Your dedication and commitment will contribute significantly to creating a more inclusive and compassionate society. This role operates on a rotating 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays. Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality support services to customers with disabilities. Assist clients in their daily living activities such as personal care, mobility and skill development. Promote community integration and support clients in accessing social and recreational activities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans. Encourage independence and empower clients to achieve their personal goals. Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.
