Project Coordinator

Scolmore Group is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented, and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our fast‑paced PMO team. You will support the successful delivery of key projects, including ERP/WMS implementation and critical internal initiatives, by coordinating activities, managing communications, and driving project progress. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with project managers to plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities for timely delivery. Monitor project progress, deadlines, and budgets, proactively addressing deviations. Prepare detailed project documentation, including scope documents, business cases, project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment. Track project expenses and resources, maintaining accurate records and producing reports. Support risk management and issue resolution, escalating challenges promptly to minimize disruptions. Contribute to improving project management practices by implementing best practices and process enhancements. Requirements Proven experience in project coordination or administration of projects, with a demonstrated track record of success in driving projects to completion. Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the ability to effectively prioritise and multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a collaborative team environment. Prince2 or Project Management certification would be advantageous. Skills and Experience Essential Excellent written procedure and documentation High standard of organisational and time‑management skill Ability to communicate with people from a technical and non‑technical background Ability to control training and open session environments Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and systems Excellent telephone manner and client facing experience Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office 365. Quick learner who can learn new technologies.
