Role Type: 2x Full Time, Ongoing roles Remuneration: $79,743 to $121,462 + 12% superannuation (Qualification Dependant) About The Role As a Waterproofing Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of skilled tradespeople. This position combines classroom-based training with hands-on workplace delivery, ensuring learners gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. You\'ll work closely with students to develop their skills in applying waterproofing systems across a variety of settings, including bathrooms, planter boxes, and other membrane applications. This is a dynamic role that involves travelling to worksites to provide on-the-job training and assessment, helping learners meet industry standards in real-world environments. To support your mobility and effectiveness, a fully equipped trade vehicle will be supplied. You\'ll be part of a supportive training team committed to maintaining high-quality outcomes and compliance with national training standards. Your expertise will help learners achieve their qualifications and succeed in the construction industry. Responsibilities Deliver classroom-based training and on-the-job training and assessment in waterproofing systems across a range of settings. Travel to worksites to deliver on-site training and assessment in real-world environments. Collaborate with students to develop practical and theoretical skills and ensure progress toward qualifications. Maintain compliance with national training standards and institute policies. Support mobility and effectiveness by utilizing provided resources (e.g., trade vehicle).
