After recent significant growth, we are actively seeking applications for an experienced nightshift storeperson to join our team based in Wyong. About the role This is a permanent, full-time position, reporting directly to the Nightshift Manager, working Sunday - Thursday nights. The purpose of this role is to pick, check and pack customer orders, using safe manual handling procedures and mobile equipment in a timely and effective manner. Key Responsibilities Work in a temperature-controlled environment (freezer, chiller, ambient) Pick and check outbound stock for deliveries using voice pick / scanning technology Replenish stock levels when required Load trucks for outbound deliveries Employ correct stock rotation principles at all times, based on ‘first in first out’ rule Practice safe and correct manual handling principles at all times Operate mobile equipment Other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor About you Hold a current and valid forklift licence for at least 24 months with good high-reach operational skills Previous freezer and cold storage experience preferred but not essential Experience in pick/pack work preferably with voice pick experience Hard-working, committed and passionate with a can-do attitude Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Good organisational and time management skills Live and breathe safety Able to work in an active and fast paced environment What is Daily Fresh offering the successful candidate?
