They deliver high-impact infrastructure and land development projects across residential, commercial, industrial and public sectors. Your Role & Impact As a Civil Designer or Civil Design Engineer you will : Deliver civil design packages: roads, drainage, lot grading, sewer & water, stormwater and external works. Prepare detailed CAD / 12D (or Civil 3d) design drawings, calculation reports, specifications, and documentation. Undertake technical design and modelling (e.g. stormwater, flood, drainage), and constructability reviews. Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants, and infrastructure authorities. Ensure designs comply with codes, standards, and local authority requirements. Contribute to innovation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of design practices. For Seniors: mentor junior designers, manage subconsultants, review designs, and interface with project leads. What We're Looking For Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering. Proficiency in civil design software (e.g. 12D or Civil 3d, AutoCAD, DRAINS, TUFLOW, MUSIC, or equivalents). Strong understanding of stormwater, drainage, grading, roads and earthworks. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills. A keen eye for technical detail, quality, and sustainable outcomes. You'll require either Citizenship or Permanent Residency or an Unrestricted Visa with Full Working Rights. Why Join Our Client?
