About the Role We are looking for a warm, engaging, and customer-focused Casual Sales Consultant to join our Avalon Studio team. In this role, you will be the face of NMJ, providing exceptional service, building meaningful client relationships, and creating an inspiring in-store experience that reflects our brand values. This role is perfect for someone passionate about jewellery, retail, and customer experience, with a keen eye for detail and a genuine love for connecting with people. You will play a key role in ensuring that every client who walks through our doors feels valued and leaves with a memorable experience. This position requires working weekend hours with the potential to extend to additional days based on business needs. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and personalised styling advice. Assist clients with purchases, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Maintain the presentation and organisation of the studio, upholding NMJ’s high standards. Support day-to-day retail operations, including sales transactions and stock management. Educate clients on NMJ’s values, craftsmanship, and bespoke jewellery offerings. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere. What you’ll bring Previous retail experience in a client-facing role. A passion for jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A warm, professional, and engaging approach to customer service. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
