We’re looking for a hands‑on Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team at At the Heads – a brand‑new, beautifully renovated restaurant and kiosk sitting right on the Barwon Heads jetty. With the ocean on your doorstep, we bring together casual dining done well with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that makes the most of our iconic coastal location. With our doors now open and momentum building, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role and continue shaping the guest experience as the venue grows. Responsibilities Lead shifts on the floor, working closely with the Restaurant Manager Support and inspire the team to deliver high‑quality, relaxed dining Open and close the venue with confidence and consistency Keep calm under pressure and bring a detail‑oriented approach to service What we’re looking for: 2–3 years’ experience as an Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor ready to step up Current RSA Hands‑on leadership style with a focus on teamwork and guest experience Calm, professional, and detail‑focused About Us – Seachange Hospitality At the Heads is part of Seachange Hospitality , a growing group of iconic Victorian venues including The Dunes Ocean Grove and Sutton Grange Winery .
