As our business continues to grow, we’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Cannington . Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional, friendly, and personalised service experience. Manage service bookings, check‑ins, and the daily workshop schedule to maximise efficiency. Clearly explain repair and maintenance requirements, prepare accurate quotes, and obtain approvals for additional work. Liaise between customers and technicians, ensuring timely updates and job completion. Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Build long‑term relationships through excellent after‑service care. Skills & Attributes Previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer service role (automotive preferred, but training provided). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple bookings. Confident using computers and service management software. A team player with a positive, professional attitude. Problem‑solving skills and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively. Current manual driver’s licence (essential). Automotive/tyre knowledge desirable, but not essential – training will be provided. We Offer Be part of a trusted and growing automotive business.
