Permanent Part Full employment based at our BaptistCare Kintyre Lodge Aged Care Home, Dubbo. Shifts available Monday‑Friday from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. As a Cleaner you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of our Residential Aged Care facility by ensuring that all areas are clean, sanitary and safe for our residents. Duties Clean residents rooms, bathrooms, communal areas and staff spaces Follow cleaning schedules and policies, completing documentation as required Maintain infection control and safety standards About You Previous experience in cleaning and using chemicals Ability to work independently and under limited supervision Strong time management and communication skills Empathy, flexibility and patience with aged people and their needs About Us We are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as BaptistCare.
