THE OPPORTUNITY Based at Melbourne Airport, we are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our Departures team, ensuring excellence in training, performance, and overall operations. Reporting to the General Manager, Melbourne Airport, this role requires strong leadership in managing the sales team and driving business success, while working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with a friendly and diverse team. In this role, you will be responsible for: Inspire and motivate the Sales Managers and team to maximise sales opportunities and achieve KPIs. Provide clear communication, feedback, and effective leadership to maintain high performance and deliver quality customer experiences. Develop new sales strategies and implement action plans. Maximise store profit by increasing sales while maintaining cost control. Ensure all team members understand company standards, policies, and procedures, and comply fully with security, safety, and appearance guidelines.
