Web Software Engineer

Berendsen Fluid Power has an exciting opportunity for a mid-level Web Software Developer to join our Maryland branch and support a highly specialised engineering environment that powers some of Australia's most critical industries. In this role you will be part of a team supporting and enhancing our in-house FrontRunner platform – the system used daily across our national operations. You will help evolve and improve a live system delivering updates, resolving issues, and developing new features that directly support critical operations. If you enjoy practical problem-solving, working with real users, and improving existing systems, this is a role where your work will have immediate national impact. Responsibilities Support FrontRunner users and resolve Level 1–2 issues. Develop and update web software based on user and project requirements. Contribute to the continued evolution of the FrontRunner platform. Diagnose and fix software issues efficiently. Conduct full testing prior to release. Train new users on system functionality. Comfortable writing and updating technical and user documentation. Able to translate user needs into technical solutions. Clear communicator with users and stakeholders. Organised, methodical and able to meet timeframes. Experience with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
