The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated on‑site General Practitioner to join our growing team, providing medical care to residents within aged care facilities across Gosford and Umina region within New South Wales. This role offers a truly rewarding opportunity to practise relationship‑based medicine within a supportive and well‑structured model of care. As a GP with Access Aged Care , you will be part of a coordinated multidisciplinary team — including experienced nurses, telehealth specialists, and administrative staff — all working together to deliver comprehensive, patient‑centred care. Our model is designed to reduce administrative burden, giving you the freedom to focus on clinical care and meaningful patient interactions. You will enjoy professional autonomy, a manageable caseload, and the opportunity to see the direct and lasting impact of your care on residents, their families, and facility teams. Whether you are an experienced GP or newly Fellowed, this position offers flexibility, variety, and the satisfaction of knowing your work contributes directly to improving health outcomes for older Australians. Why GPs Choose Us Extremely Attractive Remuneration : $2200 per day. Comprehensive Clinical Support: Collaborate with a dedicated team of nurses, telehealth geriatricians, physicians, and experienced admin staff. Quality Over Quantity: Manage a caseload of around 25 patients per day, focusing on delivering genuine, person‑centred care. No After‑Hours, Weekends or On‑call: Enjoy predictable days and uninterrupted evenings. Your Schedule, Your Choice: Enjoy flexibility to choose the days that suit you. Strong Career Progression: Grow your skills in a high‑demand area with clear pathways for long‑term development. Requirements Availability: 1 day per wee.k AHPRA Registration: General or Specialist registration (no conditions). Fellowship: RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship required. Tech‑Ready: Comfortable with system‑based reporting and familiar with common clinical software. Equipment: Must have access to a personal laptop. GPs Approaching Fellowship If you are nearing completion of your RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship and have a passion for aged care, we’d love to speak with you. Daily rate: $1,700–$1,800 per day (depending on experience and availability).
