We’re moving forward and we want you to come along for the ride.About the opportunityThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced talent professional to join our award-winning Talent Attraction & Mobility team and build a career with one of Australia’s top employers.This specific Talent Attraction Consultant position will focus on delivering recruitment solutions within our Retail team, while also gaining exposure across all business units, including Transport, Network Operations and supporting senior level recruitment where needed.The TA Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment of award level roles, including sourcing, selection and assessment, and managing the offer process. This role will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers, business leaders and HRBPs to understand talent requirements and support with forecasting and future talent planning.We are a diverse, welcoming, fun, and down to earth bunch. People in our team love the close-knit team, the varied work and genuine support to experience different roles, teams and projects via formal and informal secondments and career moves.You’ll alsoManage end-to-end recruitment process for award level roles as requiredAssist with any TA projects including the recruitment for campaigns, programs of work and band level recruitmentEngages and partners with business leaders and HRBPs, providing relevant advice and market insightsImplements unique and diverse sourcing strategies to source candidates for hard-to-fill rolesProvide hands-on support to diverse candidate groups, prioritising these candidates wherever possibleAbout youYou’re an experienced volume recruitment or talent acquisition professional who has a passion for creating high quality and meaningful candidate and hiring manager experiences. You will thrive on solving complex recruitment and business problems and thinking creatively about attraction strategies in a competitive market.Our position is open to those based in Melbourne and Sydney.You’ll also needProven, current and well demonstrated experience, performance and capability as a Talent Acquisition Consultant/Specialist, recruiting for external talent in a TA function, RPO or Recruitment agency environmentProven track record of excellent stakeholder management skills, including strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skillsAbility and willingness to adapt and recruit across different divisions, initiatives and role types as required.
