Job title: FT/PT Occupational Therapy Assistant - Community/Hybrid Role Salary: A generous base salary + Travel Allowance + Super Location: Vermont, VIC Job Type: Full-time / Part-time About the Opportunity: We are seeking multiple highly motivated and skilled Allied Health Assitant / OT Assitant to join our team. As one of our clinicians, you'll have the opportunity to conduct evidence-based assessment and therapeutic intervention for clients presenting with a wide range of challenges. Clinicians are also required to carry out basic administration duties such as: Keeping accurate and timely file notes Managing a clinical calendar Creating resources (when necessary) Writing assessment reports Writing NDIS applications Communicating clearly and professionally with all clinical stakeholders, including supervisors, colleagues, parents, clients, and support coordinators Work under the guidance and direction of our supportive allied health professionals Provide both clinical and non-clinical support, including 1:1 support and group-based interventions under the guidance of allied health professionals as well as administrative tasks Benefits: Flexibility in work hours Travel allowance Laptop, and all work resources Qualifications & Experience Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent) Current Police check, WWCC, First Aid and CPR Completed NDIS worker screening or able to complete Driver's license and own car Excellent communication skills Ability to follow a therapy plan as delegated by a therapist and respond to feedback.
