Automotive Accessory Fitter – Family-Owned Workshop – Midland Join the family‑owned team at Midland Towbars' as an Automotive Accessory Fitter. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for the professional installation and fitting of a range of automotive accessories, including towbars, canopies, and more. Based in our workshop in Midland, WA 6056, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in the automotive accessory industry. Key Responsibilities Expertly install and fit a variety of automotive accessories, such as towbars, brake controllers, nudge bars, and other automotive accessories Perform diagnostic work and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance of installed accessories Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are well‑maintained Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the fitment process and addressing any queries or concerns Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years' experience as an Automotive Accessory Fitter or similar role Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of automotive accessory installation and fitment Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities Commitment to delivering high‑quality work and exceptional customer service Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to continuous improvement A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate a range of hand and power tools What We Offer Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills A friendly and collaborative work environment with a focus on work‑life balance Discounts on a range of automotive accessories and services If you’re passionate about the automotive industry and excited to be part of a family‑owned business, we encourage you to apply for this role.
