Job Description Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Assist dentists and oral health professionals during procedures. Manage stock control, sterilisation, and infection control protocols. Provide leadership and training to dental assistants. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Deliver outstanding patient care and maintain a welcoming environment. Qualifications Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting Proven experience in a dental or healthcare setting (essential). Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Passionate about providing outstanding patient care.
