Position No: 129/2025 Work Type: Permanent - Full Time Permanent – Full-time Level 7 Salary: $108,804 – $115,610*, plus superannuation Flexible Work Arrangements Vacancy 129/2025 Opportunity We are in the market for a suitably qualified, motivated and enthusiastic Senior Procurement Officer who has extensive knowledge of procurement in a local, state or federal government setting. Working as part of a small and efficient procurement services team, the Senior Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing medium‑to‑complex procurement processes working with a variety of stakeholders and across multiple project teams. Qualifications Tertiary qualification or diploma in procurement, business, law, or related fields is essential. More than five years’ experience in the delivery of procurement services and contract preparation in a local, state or federal government setting. Demonstrated experience in a procurement team including knowledge and understanding of procurement policies, guidelines and procedures within a local and public sector environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills to build a good rapport with internal and external stakeholders and maintain positive working relationships. Proven ability to work under pressure to meet strategic, team and individual performance targets. High level of attention to detail and strong work ethic.
