These roles offer the opportunity to work within supportive, high-performing Family Law teams handling complex and meaningful work. About the Roles Across these positions, successful candidates will manage a broad range of family law matters, including: Advising and representing clients in relation to separation, divorce, and parenting arrangements Managing property and financial settlement matters, including spousal maintenance Preparing and negotiating binding financial agreements and child support agreements Appearing at court hearings and managing litigation where necessary Assisting with dispute resolution through mediation and other non-court-based processes Drafting court documents, affidavits, and legal correspondence Working collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and external professionals Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards What We’re Looking For Firms are seeking candidates who have: A minimum of 3 years PAE in Family Law Demonstrated ability to manage files independently and handle complex matters Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and technical legal skills A proactive approach to client service and relationship building A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team An interest in professional growth, development, and business engagement If these opportunities sound like the right fit for you, we’d love to hear from you.
