Union Hotel – Colac, VIC Full-Time | Newly Reopened | Colac Hotel Group The Union Hotel , part of the Colac Hotel Group , has recently reopened after a two-year renovation , transforming the venue into a modern, vibrant and high-quality hospitality destination. We are now seeking experienced Venue Supervisors and Venue Managers to join our leadership team and help shape the Union Hotel into the premium hospitality venue in Colac and surrounds . About the Role We’re looking for hands‑on leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee daily operations across the bar, bistro, sports bar and outdoor spaces, ensuring smooth service and high standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support FOH teams during service Maintain exceptional customer service and presentation standards Help oversee venue operations across all departments Assist with staff training, rostering and development Manage stock control, ordering and compliance requirements Handle cash procedures, reporting, opening/closing Work closely with senior management to deliver venue goals What You’ll Bring Experience in a similar supervisory or managerial hospitality role Strong leadership and communication skills A positive, hands‑on approach Ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain) Passion for hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences Why Join the Union Hotel?
