About the role The Cyber Engineering & Operations Delivery Lead role has a core area of responsibility for staff and services; however, this should not be considered an exclusive focus. The role is expected to span specialist domains and contribute to the overall development and professional excellence of the business. To avoid any doubt, it is not expected that the Cyber Engineering & Operations Delivery Lead will have a sole emphasis on team management. This role carries a delivery and utilisation expectation, which will be negotiated with the Manager, Cyber Engineering Services. The Cyber Engineering & Operations Delivery Lead is to perform day‑to‑day management of the Cyber Engineering Services and Cyber Resilience Centre resources delivering services to Fujitsu Oceania customers. The holder of the role is to ensure that team members are supported in the delivery of services to ensure that our objectives and contractual obligations are achieved through the effective implementation of Cyber practices. This role reports to Manager, Cyber Engineering Services and offer hybrid working. This role can be based anywhere across east coast of Australia. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Primary responsibilities include: Oversight, management and technical leadership of the Cyber Engineering Services and Cyber Resilience Centre teams with responsibility for ongoing delivery of managed security services in accordance with SLAs and other requirements. Ensure that all incidents and requests are investigated and responded to in a timely fashion. Planning, prioritisation and delivery of team capabilities. Oversight of documentation of SOPs, processes, and standards for all aspects of team activities, and keeping documentation up to date. Continuous Improvement - actively contribute to the continuing development of services, processes, procedures, and standards. Support the Manager Cyber Engineering Services in the identification and development of new operational initiatives. Producing reports for the Manager Cyber Engineering Services as needed. Oversight of team development, including training, certifications, and personal development. Identification of staff resourcing requirements and assisting the Manager Cyber Engineering Services with recruitment of staff where necessary to ensure operational coverage. Ensuring team members have access to all systems and technologies needed to be able to provide the highest level of service within agreed timescales, ensuring all technology is fully supported and integrated into existing processes. Engagement with both internal and external stakeholders (clients, partners, team leads, client operations), building and maintaining positive working relationships, ensuring that client requirements are met, issues are raised and where necessary communicating technical problems to a non‑technical audience. Provide after‑hours support and participate in an on‑call roster. Secondary responsibilities may include: Delivery of Security training Assisting with the preparation of pre‑sales and post sales collateral, documentation, and meetings Requirements and Experience A minimum of five years of incident analysis, security architecture, Cyber tooling support, or similar experience is required. Candidates who have spent time as a Senior Cyber Analyst / Engineer / Consultant in the organisation will be considered as likely candidates for this role. Diversifying specific security experiences across a team of multiple Security specialists is important to achieve the highest capability. The role requires individuals with strong communication skills and experience with presenting information in appropriate formats for different levels of an organisation (Technical, Management, Customer/Business, etc.) Candidates must have excellent problem solving and collaboration skills. Australian Citizenship is mandatory. Current or reinstatable AGSVA NV1 Security clearance or ability to obtain. Qualifications and Experience An IT bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with certifications, such as CySA, Security+, SC‑200, or SC‑900, is required to perform this job. Candidates must also have in‑depth knowledge of security tools such as SIEM, endpoint protection, and network protection, in addition to vendor‑specific certifications. Why Fujitsu?
