My client is a leading Global business intelligence and analytics vendor that is expanding across the region. They are a highly prestigious organisation that have a great reputation both here and overseas. Boasting a strong portfolio of key clients across a range of sectors, their continued growth within the BFSI vertical has opened up the opportunity for an outstanding Account Director - Banking & Financial Services. They are offering a base circa $ ,000 + super + 40% comms Key Responsibilities : Key account management of a small handful of existing multi million dollar BFS customers Solution selling, up-selling and cross-selling, expanding existing relationships and taking conversations deeper and wide Identifying and closing new opportunities Achievement of quarterly revenue and customer satisfaction targets Effectively managing internal and external resources to include pre and post sales, marketing, bids and proposals teams Development of strategic account plans Achievement of growth and retention revenue targets Software renewals Overall project delivery responsibility for client Commercial and legal contractual negotiations Extensive track record of sales achievement within an Account Director role Qualifications Experience of managing Tier one Banking / Financial clients Proven hunter and relationship manager with strong conceptual and analytical skills Ability to create strategic account development plans Extremely consultative approach to account development - experience of long sales cycles Experience of dealing at C level with a good understanding of how financial institutions are structured Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales, Business Development, and Finance Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia To apply, please forward your resume to #J- #J-18808-Ljbffr
