About the Role No 2 days are the same — as a Food & Beverage attendant, you will be in the heart of the action. Greeting guests with a genuine smile, keeping service flowing and delivering food and drinks that make our guests keep coming back for more. Customer Service — greet guests, take orders, and provide attentive and friendly service throughout their dining experience. Order Accuracy — ensure accurate order placement and communicate special requests to the kitchen. Table Maintenance — set up and clear tables, and ensure they are clean and well-maintained at all times. Menu Knowledge — be knowledgeable about the menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials. Upselling — suggest menu items, beverages, or desserts to enhance the guest's dining experience. Billing and Payment — accurately process bills, handle cash and card transactions, and provide change as needed. Cleanliness — maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and service stations. About You Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
