In this pivotal role, you'll lead and execute advanced power system studies using cutting-edge tools like PSS/E , PSCAD , PowerFactory and Hypersim . About You You bring a strong technical foundation and a desire to lead, mentor, and make a real impact in the renewable energy space. Ideally, you have: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics Proven end-to-end grid connection experience, leading the technical delivery of complex studies Deep knowledge of generator performance standard studies in line with Schedule 5 of the National Electricity Rules Confidence in communicating and negotiating with NSPs and AEMO, with a solutions-focused approach A collaborative leadership style, with a genuine interest in mentoring and supporting your peers Strong capabilities in design, project controls, subcontractor management, site inspections, and delivering cost-effective engineering solutions Chartered status with Engineers Australia and RPEQ registration, or a clear pathway and motivation to obtain these credentials Why Us This Is Your Chance To Be Part Of a Reputable, Forward-thinking Company With a Strong Brand And a Culture That Values Innovation, Collaboration And Excellence.
