Ideal Candidates Will Have Professional Registration Registered as a Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor (PACFA or ACA level 3) with 3+ years of experience. Counselling Expertise Proven ability in short-term counselling. Clinical Skills Experience managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and anger. Communication Experience Prior experience in face-to-face or telephone counselling. Organizational Skills Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. Technical Proficiency Comfort with IT-based case management systems (training provided).
