Desk/Front of House Staff required for busy Swim Centre Can you provide quality customer service in a busy fast paced environment? Arnolds Swim Centre is seeking a reliable customer-focused individual who would enjoy operating in an aquatic environment to provide high quality customer service and support within our Swim Centre reception and café area. Our Swim Centre Receptionists are the first point of contact within our Swim Centre assisting with a wide range of activities including (but not limited to): Resolve customer enquiries Organise lesson and class bookings Process payments Small Café assistance from time to time Arnolds Swim Centre is open and offers swimming lessons 7 days a week so it is a requirement that you are available for Weekend work along with some Weekday work LET’S HEAR ABOUT YOU We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and committed individuals with a passion and genuine interest in providing high-quality customer service. If you meet the criteria listed below, we would love to hear from you. Experience working in a customer-facing role Commitment to providing ongoing high-quality customer service with strong, professional communication and interpersonal skills and an approachable and flexible attitude to liaise with a diverse audience. Experience in processing payments (Cash handling and the ability to work out change without a calculator) Effectively directing customer enquiries. Currently have or willingness to obtain: Current Working with Children Check (paid) Bronze Medallion or Pool Lifeguard Qualification are an added bonus but not a requirement #J-18808-Ljbffr
