Clinical Lead Support Nurse

We are seeking a Clinical Lead Support Nurse to mentor, develop and grow capabilities across our clinical workforce. The successful candidate will mentor team side by side, educating in real time, strengthening clinical leadership, governance, and workforce capability across Lutheran Homes Group's Victorian residential aged care sites. The role will have an immediate focus on Horsham, with support also provided to Hamilton as required. Key responsibilities include : Partnering with Regional General Manager, site General Managers and the Quality Education Coordinator to impart best practice and develop our clinical workforces Supporting the orientation, professional development and development of nursing and care staff Ensuring best practice across all aspects of person‑centred care To be successful in this role, you will bring : AHPRA Registration as an RN Significant clinical experience in aged care, including resident assessment, care planning, and clinical oversight Strong knowledge of aged care reforms, accreditation processes, and the Strengthened Quality Standards Organised, motivated, and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team In return, you will receive : Access to generous salary packaging benefits to increase your take‑home pay The opportunity to be part of a not‑for‑profit organisation where your work truly makes a difference A supportive and welcoming environment at our Horsham / Hamilton Residential Care Facility A 12-month fixed term contract Lutheran Homes Group is a leading not‑for‑profit provider of residential, home care, and retirement living services for senior Australians.
