About the Role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Foreman to lead on‑site teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule. You will act as the key point of contact for day‑to‑day site operations, supervising trades, coordinating resources and maintaining high‑quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise on‑site construction teams, subcontractors and tradespeople. Ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and in compliance with project specifications and WHS requirements. Monitor progress, manage site resources and resolve on‑site issues promptly. Conduct inspections, quality checks and maintain accurate site documentation. Liaise with Project Managers, clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Support training, mentoring and performance management of site personnel. Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction methods, practices and WHS regulations. Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans and specifications. Current driver’s licence and White Card required. Construction qualification or trade certification highly regarded.
