Join the team at Pioneer Cabinets as our next Tradesman Cabinetmaker in Mackay, QLD We’re searching for a skilled craftsperson who is passionate about producing beautifully made custom cabinets. In this full-time role, you’ll work on a variety of residential and commercial projects with a team that values quality, dedication, and attention to detail. What you'll be doing Interpret and follow design specifications to build custom cabinetry and furniture Operate woodworking machinery and tools with precision and safety Measure, cut, and assemble cabinet components according to design plans Install completed cabinets and furniture at client sites Valid driver's licence required for client site installations Collaborate with the design team to provide input on feasibility and construction Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment What we're looking for Formal qualifications in Carpentry or Cabinet Making required Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and design specifications Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, including woodworking machinery Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service Australian work rights are required for this position What we offer When you join Pioneer Cabinets, you become part of a team that values and supports you.
