Position summary Do you enjoy assisting, reviewing and developing digital communication products? Are you eager to contribute to team performance improvements and engage with stakeholders? The Digital Communications Officer will be responsible for developing, reviewing and implementing communication products that align with the APVMA's corporate strategies and purpose, assisting with the review and development of corporate publications, and publishing content to the APVMA's flagship website, staff intranet and corporate digital marketing channels. Our Ideal Candidate / Selection criteria To be considered for these roles you will need the following essential criteria : Strong written communication skills and a good understanding of how strategic messaging can be developed and adapted for different audiences and platforms. Excellent verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Demonstrated proficiency using content management systems, such as Drupal or WordPress Experience supporting corporate intranet and internet sites, including Sharepoint Strong time-management and organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Proven ability to quickly learn new skills and identify opportunities for self-development and process improvements. The following desirable criteria will also be assessed : Familiarity with the Australian Government Style Manual and accessibility requirements.
