Job Description – Process Analyst Position: Process Analyst Location: Sydney Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Process Analyst to evaluate, design, and improve business processes across the organisation. The ideal candidate will partner with cross‑functional teams, map existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and support automation or optimisation initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Analyse end-to-end business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Conduct workshops, interviews, and data analysis to capture business requirements. Create process documentation including AS‑IS/TO‑BE process maps, SOPs, workflows, and business rules. Evaluate process performance using KPIs, metrics, and dashboards. Work closely with technology, operations, and business teams to design streamlined processes. Support implementation of automation, digital tools, or system enhancements. Conduct impact assessments, feasibility studies, and cost‑benefit analysis. Assist in change management, user training, and process rollouts. Ensure processes comply with organisational policies, regulatory and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or Agile methodologies. Required Skills & Experience 3–7 years of experience as a Process Analyst / Business Analyst / Continuous Improvement Analyst. Strong expertise in business process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS, BPMN tools). Experience with process improvement or automation initiatives (RPA, workflow automation, ERP/CRM changes). Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and logical thinking. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable requirements. Preferably certified in Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or equivalent (nice to have). Preferred Qualifications Experience in (Industry – e.g., Telecom, BFSI, IT Services, Logistics). Exposure to data analysis, dashboards, and reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies. Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Information Technology or related field.
