About you Proven experience working in a commercial kitchen The ability to follow instructions effectively and learn quickly Excellent communication skills and impeccable presentation The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships A team-oriented approach with a positive and adaptable attitude A solid understanding of Food Safety and Workplace Health & Safety (OH&S) standards Foundation knife skills and knowledge of basic cookery terms and techniques A strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency Exceptional time management during preparation and service A calm, composed demeanour under pressure A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience) What’s in It for You Competitive pay rates based on experience and role.
