The purpose of this role is to provide strategic partnering and advisory to key stakeholders on Australia Post’s diversity, culture and inclusion strategies that incorporate lived experience, business needs and enterprise strategy.The DCI team’s priorities include Gender, Accessibility, Indigenous,LGBTIQand Refugees.Our current opportunity available will focus on gender equity within our business and is open to those based in Melbourne or Sydney.Our Melbourne Support Office is relocating to 480 Swan Street, Richmond from June 2024.
