Current Salary Based On Store Grading Store Manager Marion: $69,420 + super Your Role In a Nutshell Store Manager: To be an inspirational leader with enthusiasm for our brand and belief in the way we do business. You will drive the store and the team to deliver retail excellence, strong sales results and engaging customer experience. Key Duties Of a Store Manager Customer Experience - Shape a customer focused store experience by leading the team to drive customer engagement and bring the brand to life. Performance - Control and meet sales and performance targets with outstanding planning and organising skills. Operations - Exceptional stock management skills and the ability to monitor and manage change. Expertise - Full knowledge of the beauty market, our competitors, and a passion for our products. Teamwork and People Management - Effective communicators who can manage a team in line with store needs; flexible and responsible role models who reflect the brand.
