We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Social Media Accounts Manager to join the dynamic marketing team at Social House Syd', a leading digital marketing agency based in Sydney, NSW. In this part‑time position, you will be responsible for managing the social media presence and content of our diverse range of clients across various industries. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging social media strategies to grow our clients' online communities and increase brand awareness. Create compelling, on‑brand content (text, images, videos) for posting across social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Schedule and publish content in line with agreed content calendars. Monitor, analyse and report on social media performance, providing recommendations to optimise content and campaigns. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends and best practices. Qualifications 1 year of experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably in an agency setting. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and how to leverage them for businesses. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for visual design. Ability to interpret social media analytics and use insights to optimise performance. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Enthusiasm for staying up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends and best practices. Benefits Flexible part-time hours (8 hours per week with room to increase to full time).
