The primary responsibility of our Attendants is to deliver first‑class services to our patrons in line with our Mission, Vision and Values. We have multiple casual positions available with weekend availability required. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to all customers Maintain the appearance and presentation of the café Replenish condiments as needed Follow health and safety guidelines Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems Promote the centre’s services and programmes to our patrons Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends; hours may increase during peak periods Experience preferred, but is not necessary; training offered Skills & Attributes Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style Coffee making / barista skills Food handling Certificate Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2) Current CPR Certificate Current Food Handlers Qualification Police Check Working with Children Check Ability to be flexible during the centre’s peak periods Availability Saturdays and Sundays Company Belgravia Leisure is part of the Belgravia Health and Leisure Group (BHLG) and is the fastest growing leisure organisation in Australia.
