Troocoo is working with one of our key clients, who is undergoing a major procure to pay uplift and broader procurement transformation. We are seeking an experienced Procurement Transformation Lead to step into a high-impact role driving the project management and commercial outcomes across multiple short-term projects. This role is an initial 3 month position. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior procurement professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a good understanding of finance systems, enjoys building structure during change, and is confident leading transformation projects. Key Responsibilities Lead ICT procurement transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Guide stakeholders through commercial decision-making to support digital and technology outcomes. Conduct complex contract and commercial negotiations to secure favourable terms and mitigate risk. Manage vendor performance, contract obligations, and delivery milestones. Work across multiple concurrent transformation projects, providing hands‑on support where needed. Ensure all procurement activities meet governance, compliance, and probity requirements. Skills & Experience Proven experience in, Procure to Pay Transformations, ICT procurement transformations, category management, or procurement transformation roles. Strong understanding of commercial frameworks, contracting models, and project management. Proven ability to lead negotiations and deliver value in fast-paced or rapidly changing environments. High-level stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build trust. Ability to work independently, manage conflicting priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
