Overview Primary ESL, Science & Math Teacher – Go Vap campus, immediate start. For Academic year onwards. The successful candidate will deliver inspiring lessons and promote a student-centered environment that supports UTS’s 6 Core Values: Integrity, Respect, Courage, Contribution, Lifelong Learning, and Creativity. Campus: UTS Saigon South Location: 80/68 Dương Quảng Hàm, Phường An Nhơn, Gò Vấp Start: Immediate Responsibilities Planning and Teaching – Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. Primary teaching up to 30 periods per week plus 2 fixed ECA/Tutorial periods (35 minutes per period). Access to resources for planning and student engagement with flexibility in approach. Non-contact time primarily for planning and administrative tasks, with occasional coverage for colleagues. Parent Engagement and Student Wellbeing – Attend annual parent-teacher meetings; communicate with parents about academic and social matters; regularly update student progress each quarter in the LMS; ensure a safe learning environment. Curriculum Revision – Provide feedback on the school curriculum; assist in revising syllabi and materials as needed. Qualifications A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a closely related field. Candidates with a PGCE, QTS, or a valid teaching license are strongly preferred. Candidates with entry-level certifications may be considered if actively working toward a PGCE or license. Experiences & Skills At least two years of relevant teaching experience, ideally in an international or bilingual setting. Strong classroom management, ability to apply 21st-century learning strategies, differentiated instruction, and interventions for diverse learners. Proficiency with IT and creating interactive presentations (PPTs). Fluent in English (minimum C2). Non-native teachers must have or obtain an IELTS qualification within the first year. Strong teamwork and collaboration with colleagues and parents. Applicants may be required to conduct a live in-person demo lesson or submit a sample lesson plan based on provided materials.
