Chandler Macleod are seekingHigh Reach Forklift Operators for our client at their Distribution Centre in Hazelmere. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a high reach forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role supports the day-to-day operations of receiving, storing, and shipping goods to ensure timely order fulfillment.Shift Time: pm plus overtime and possible weekend shifts.Key Responsibilities: Operate high reach forklifts and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner Pick, pack, and stage products accurately according to inventory or customer orders Load and unload goods from trucks, trailers, and containers Store products in designated locations within the racking system, ensuring optimal space usage Conduct daily equipment checks and report any malfunctions or safety concerns Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations Qualifications and Requirements: Valid forklift license/certification for high reach equipment (e.g., Crown, Jurgemiester, Toyota) Minimum 1–2years of experience operating a high reach forklift in a warehouse or distribution centre Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment Ability to lift up to 20kg and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be flexible with working hours, including potential overtime, evenings, or weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr
