Motel receptionist

A motel in Manly is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Motel Receptionist to join our friendly team in Manly, NSW. This full‑time role will be responsible for providing excellent front‑office and guest services to ensure an exceptional experience for all our valued customers. This position requires flexibility to work rotating shifts to provide comprehensive guest services. What you'll be doing Professionally greeting and checking in/out guests in a timely and efficient manner Handling reservations, answering phone and email enquiries and addressing guest queries and concerns Performing administrative tasks such as managing room inventory Providing local area information and recommendations to enhance guest experience Assisting with other duties as required to support the overall operations of the motel What we're looking for At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar customer service or front‑office role, ideally in the hospitality industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service Excellent time management, multi‑tasking and problem‑solving abilities Proficient in using property management software and other relevant technology Training will be provided on our property management systems A friendly, professional and customer‑focused attitude High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualifications in hospitality or tourism an advantage What we offer We are committed to providing a supportive, collaborative and inclusive work environment.
