We’re calling for expressions of interest from experienced Site and Project Engineers who thrive in fast‑paced project environments and want to be part of something meaningful, delivering major water and pipeline infrastructure across Western Sydney. What You’ll Do Manage project programs, sequencing, and short‑term look‑aheads to drive efficient delivery and mitigate schedule risks. Oversee quality management processes, including reviewing ITPs, approving hold/witness points, and ensuring design and specification compliance. Prepare and manage procurement packages, including technical evaluations, scope development, and subcontractor coordination. Drive resolution of technical queries, design clashes, and constructability issues through proactive engagement with designers, clients, and subcontractors. Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims, providing accurate input for forecasting and reporting. Lead safety and environmental compliance on site, ensuring risk assessments, permits, and control measures are properly implemented. Maintain strong communication with the client, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on deliverables, progress, and change management. Support operational readiness activities and ensure assets meet water authority standards prior to handover.
