Job Description Our Perth team are looking to welcome a creative, and motivated Graduate in 2024You will be learning and collaborating with the best in the business, building on your specialised technical knowledge whilst working on the design of some of the most exciting projects nationally. This role includes: Undertaking the design, engineering and documentation for façade and build-ability consultancy inclusive of detailed engineering calculations, analysis, drawings, and specifications. Reviewing contractor submissions, show drawings and calculations. Façade engineering design and buildability consultancy, including material knowledge and installation techniques. Assisting in preparing tender submissions. Liaising and coordinating with the design/project team and other disciplines within Inhabit as required. Building relationships with clients on projects and develop contacts within the façade industry. Qualifications You will be a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Structures) or Architectural Engineering - with full-work rights for Australia. In addition to this, you will also: Have a passion and appetite for learning, collaboration, and the real-world application of creative solutions An appreciation and strong interest in structural engineering and facades design Self-motivated and interested having an impact in the technical delivery of iconic projects around Australia and New Zealand. Knowledge of relevant Australian standards and building codes Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Package Great communication skills both written and verbal Attention to detail and an interest in understanding how things work; Strong organisation and coordination skills to effectively work across multiple projects in a timely manner.
