Who You Are You’re an experienced and organized Cook Supervisor with strong leadership and culinary skills. You maintain high culinary standards, manage multiple tasks, motivate teams, and commit to safety, quality and operational efficiency. What You’ll Do Assign duties, responsibilities, and workstations to employees in accordance with work requirements. Plan job instructions for cooks and food services workers and assist in scheduling on a weekly basis. Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, marinating and ensuring proper portioning for recipes. Cook food according to kitchen standards, following recipes for consistency and taste. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, cooking equipment and utensils, following sanitation and food safety standards. Be familiar with the menu, ingredients and cooking methods to prepare and present dishes. Monitor the quality of ingredients and finished dishes to uphold high standards. Prepare dishes timely to meet the service schedule. Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage operations, communicate orders and ensure efficient meal preparation. Track and manage kitchen supplies, reporting when ingredients need reordering. Adhere to health and safety regulations and kitchen procedures, including proper storage and food handling techniques. Requirements Must be a U.S. or Australian citizen. Must possess an active U.S. Secret or Australian NV‑1 clearance. Minimum 5+ years of experience as a cook or in a food preparation role. At least 2 years supervising others. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong understanding of cooking methods, food safety standards and kitchen equipment. Ability to multitask, work in a fast‑paced environment and communicate effectively. Physical ability to stand for long hours, lift heavy pots and pans and handle kitchen demands.
