Key Highlights 6 month initial contract Prestigious global consulting firm Significant B2B event management experience required About the Company Our client is a highly reputable global consulting and professional services firm. They have won countless awards in the industry including the award for one of Australia's Top 25 Best Workplaces. About the Role In this role you will support numerous aspects of the end-to-end event management process including event workplan development and management, event logistics support, event asset development and coordination, event application / website build / support, and post-event activities / surveys. Other duties may include (but not limited to): Venue coordination Meeting scheduling Sponsorship coordination Coordinating banners, signage and other event assets Stakeholder management Requirements 4 + years' experience in B2B event management Tertiary qualifications in Marketing / Communications / Business or a related field Strong end-to-end experience from event planning through to execution and wrap-up Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously Excellent time management and organisational skills Must have full Australian working rights without any restrictions Must be able to come into the CBD office 4 days per week for the initial period and then 3 days per week on an ongoing basis Terms 6 month initial contract starting asap (our client can wait 4 weeks for the right candidate to give notice to their employer) Paying up to approximately $413 per day inclusive of super (commensurate with skills and experience) Hybrid model (3-4 days per week in the CBD office) APPLY NOW #J-18808-Ljbffr
