We added 32 clinics in 2024 and are planning continual growth in 2025. Our existing Operations Manager will be focusing more on supporting Clinical Service Delivery in 2025. This has created a new role for an Operations Manager to join us, whilst benefitting from an extensive handover of the portfolio. About Family Doctor Pty Ltd: Family Doctor Pty Ltd is a renowned network of General Practices across Australia, dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to families and communities. We are known for our patient-focused approach, state-of-the-art facilities, and a team of highly skilled medical professionals committed to excellence in healthcare. Who does the role report to? The Operations Manager team report directly to our COO, Jason Murphy. Jason is looking for an experienced multi-site General Practice Manager with a can-do attitude. Our team are used to open and frank conversations that allows us to be our best selves at work and has allowed us to scale rapidly. The Role: We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. This role is key in driving operational excellence across a region network of clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, improving processes, and ensuring that our clinics operate efficiently and effectively. Our Operations Managers are the our brand ambassadors representing the CEO and COO at various events, clinic meetings and industry partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of multiple clinics, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with clinic managers and staff to optimise operational procedures and patient services. Implement strategic plans and initiatives in alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Manage and coordinate with various departments, including HR, IT, finance, and administration. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards across all clinics. Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure operational performance. Ensure you are delivering high performing primary care. Continuous Quality Improvement for all clinics. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and staff productivity. Liaise with the Chief Operating Officer to report on clinic performance and operational challenges. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in an Operations Manager role, preferably in a healthcare setting with a minimum of 3 years experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams. Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication abilities. Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and compliance requirements. Proficiency in managing multiple projects and priorities. Willingness to travel interstate.
