People enjoy working with Calendar Club because we provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and the unique opportunity to run your own short-term retail business in prime shopping centre locations. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a unique self-employment opportunity where you'll manage one of our pop-up stores at Sunshine Plaza or Noosa Civic from November to January. You'll be running your own short-term business with the backing of our experienced head office team. Manage overall store performance and achieve sales targets in a premium location Recruit, train, and lead a small casual team through the busy holiday period Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards with Australia's largest calendar range Oversee inventory management and daily operations SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle access Availability for 4-5 weeks (November-December period) Strong leadership and people management abilities Organised, responsible self-starter mentalityRetail or customer service background preferred but not essential WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU Earning potential of $2,500+ per week Complete business setup including equipment, systems and stock Full training and ongoing support from experienced head office team Prime shopping centre location with high foot traffic Valuable retail management experience and professional growth Flexible short-term commitment (4-5 weeks) Work with market-leading brand and product range HOW TO APPLY Ready to run your own retail business this holiday season?
