Your main focus will be to deliver high-level support across network, server, and virtual infrastructure environments. You'll also lead the design, testing, and implementation of infrastructure solutions in both virtualised and cloud-based platforms, ensuring alignment with industry standards for security, sustainability, and compatibility. Do you have? Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience Experience responding to and managing security risks and incidents Strong background in server maintenance, fault diagnosis, and network protocols (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN) In-depth knowledge of data storage, backups, and enterprise hardware Expertise in virtualisation, Active Directory, and security tools Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and high-performance team environments Desirable Previous experience in Local Government IT environments Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Cyber Security, etc. Project and Change Management experience or qualifications Experience with cloud computing and infrastructure migration projects Ready to make an impact in a role where your skills truly matter?
