About the Role As an Area Manager you’ll be the driving force behind exceptional care. You’ll lead teams across multiple residential programs ensuring young people receive culturally informed therapeutic support that truly changes lives. This is your chance to make a lasting impact not just on individuals but on the future of care at MANAWISE. Key Responsibilities Lead and Inspire: Manage and develop Care Leaders and Practitioners across multiple residences. Drive Quality: Ensure compliance with all regulatory departmental and organisational standards. Grow the Region: Oversee the development of new programs and services aligned with funding and care goals. Champion Culture: Embed cultural practices and values across your teams. Support Your People: Lead recruitment, onboarding, supervision and succession planning. Be Present: Maintain a visible leadership presence across all sites; minimum once per month per residence. Represent MANAWISE: Engage with stakeholders, lead meetings and contribute to policy development.
