About the role ProInstall, our installation team, is looking for a Senior Glazier to join us on a full‑time basis. We are looking for someone with skills in glass cutting, measuring and installation, with a proven track record of producing quality installation work. Our crew works 40‑hour weeks with an RDO every 4‑week cycle, Monday to Friday. Hours are usually 6:00 am–2:30 pm, but may vary depending on client needs. What you will do Installation of semi‑frameless and frameless shower screens, splashbacks, frameless mirrors and sliding robe doors Installation of shopfronts and partitions, including aluminium framing Installation of frameless toughened assemblies Measuring What you will have A Certificate III in Glass and Glazing or suitable trade industry experience Extensive experience in glazing, with commercial experience highly regarded Demonstrated high level of attention to detail and ability to work within a team Ability to lift 20–30 kg and move glass safely Quality and safety mindset Our employee benefits Work vehicle provided Purchase leave available (up to 2 weeks per year) Wellness and lifestyle package of $275 available annually Discounted health insurance, gym membership and auto services Salary sacrifice options on IT and portable devices Full uniform supplied Employee assistance services Pre‑employment and legal All applicants are required to undertake a pre‑employment criminal history check, medical and drug and alcohol assessment and a White Card for working on construction sites.
